Ingredients:
Beef – Silverside. Biltong Seasoning – Flavour Blend (Salt, Colourants, Flavourings (CELERY), Sugar, MSG (Flavour Enhancer), Hydrogenated Vegetable Fat (Palm Fruit), Acidity Regulator, Spice Extract (TBHQ), Salt, Spices, Preservative (Potassium Sorbate), Sugar. Brown Spirit Vinegar – Spirit Vinegar, Caramel Colour, Preservative (SULPHUR Dioxide).
