2.2            We have taken care in the preparation of the content of
this website, in particular to ensure that prices quoted are correct at the
time of publishing and that all goods have been described accurately. However, orders will only be processed if there are no material errors in the description of the goods or their prices as advertised on this website.

2.3            Any weights, dimensions and capacities given about the
goods are approximate only.

2.4      Our website prices may differ to our shop prices.

2.5      The content on our site is provided for general information only. It is not intended to amount to advice on which you should rely. You must obtain professional or specialist advice before taking, or refraining from, any action on the basis of the content on our site.

2.6      Although we make reasonable efforts to update the information on our site, we make no representations, warranties or guarantees, whether express or implied, that the content on our site is accurate, complete or up to date.

We may update and change our site from time to time to reflect changes to our products and any product information (i.e. where a third party manufacturer advises us on changes to ingredients). We will try to give you reasonable notice of any major changes. Always read the product label information on all products before consuming.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

  1. Availability

3.1            All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
If the goods you have ordered are not available from stock, we will contact you by e-mail or phone (if you have given us details) and, where available, offer you a substitute product.

3.2      If we are unable to supply a product we will let you know as soon as possible of any substitute available or refund any sums you have paid for the original product.

3.3      Please be aware that substituted items information (e.g. ingredients) may differ to the product information of the original item ordered, please ensure you refer to the products information label before consuming.

               requirements).

5.2     Changes may be made to the content of this website and the

labelling before consuming any of our products.

  1. Price

6.1           The prices payable for goods that you order are as set

goods of the specification and description at the price indicated, we will
advise you by email, and offer to sell you the goods of the specification and description at the price stated in the email and will state in the email the period for which the offer or the price remains valid.

6.3      It is always possible that, despite our best efforts (including pursuant to clause 2.2), some of the products we sell may be incorrectly priced. We will normally check prices before accepting your order so that, where the product’s correct price at your order date is less than our stated price at your order date, we will charge the lower amount. If the product’s correct price at your order date is higher than the price stated to you, we will contact you for your instructions before we accept your order. If we accept and process your order where a pricing error is obvious and unmistakable and could reasonably have been recognised by you as a mispricing, we may end the contract, refund you any sums you have paid and (where appropriate) require the return of any products provided to you. Please note that refunds shall not be provided (unless such products are faulty) under this clause 6.3 where the product you have purchased is perishable.

  1. Payment terms

7.1            We will take payment upon receipt of your order from
your credit or debit card. We accept no liability if a delivery is delayed
because you did not give us the correct payment details. If it is not possible to obtain full payment for the goods from you, then we can refuse to process your order and/or suspend any further deliveries to you. This does not affect any other rights we may have.

8.2           During the order process we will let you know when we
will provide the products to you.

8.3           Our delivery charges are set out under the delivery

deliver the goods to the address you specify for delivery in your order. It is important that this address is accurate. We cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage to the goods once they have been delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions (unless this is caused by our negligence) or collected by you. We will aim to deliver the goods by the date quoted for delivery, but delivery times are not guaranteed and therefore time is not of the essence. In any event, we will aim to deliver your goods within 30 days from the day after the day we received your order. 9.5.1      deal with any technical problems or make minor
technical changes;

9.5.2      update the product to reflect changes in relevant laws
or regulatory requirements;

9.5.3      make any changes to the products as requested by you or
notified by us to you as per clause 5.

As long as we do this, we won’t compensate you for the delay, but if the delay is likely to be substantial you can contact us to end the contract and receive a refund for any products you have paid for in advance, but not received, less reasonable costs we have already incurred.

9.7       Regarding our frozen products, whilst every care is taken to ensure products reach you in a frozen condition, we are unable to guarantee all frozen products shipped will remain frozen throughout the delivery process. Any products defrosted upon delivery, are not suitable to be refrozen.

9.8      Further to clause 9.7 above, please see clause 13 below which outlines the process and your rights if you think there is something wrong with your product.

when they have been delivered to, or collected by you. Once goods have been delivered to you or collected by you, they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction.

10.2        Risk of damage to or loss of the goods passes to you at the time of delivery to you or collection by you. If you choose to use your own
courier then the risk passes to you as soon as the goods are handed to your courier. You will only own the goods once they have been successfully delivered or collected by you.

National Delivery

Please see our Delivery Information page on our website for details on our delivery charges.

We are unable to deliver perishable fresh/frozen food items on a Sunday, Monday and Tuesday. We use an overnight courier (APC) to deliver all our fresh & frozen foods-your order is prepared, then delivered via overnight courier meaning your order arrives in tip-top condition.

Non- perishable items will be shipped via Royal Mail, Evri or APC.

If you have a mixture of perishable food (fresh/frozen) and non-perishable products (such as homeware/gifts) we will endeavor to ship everything together (via APC), but in some instances, you may receive your goods in 2 shipments or from different couriers

We will always aim to ship goods so they arrive with you on your chosen delivery date or as near as possible to that date depending on product availability.

Sometimes deliveries can take longer than expected so we recommend that if you are ordering for a specific occasion you allow some extra time, to be on the safe side.

In addition, please be aware delivery times may vary or be limited during busy periods throughout the year, i.e., Bank Holidays/ the run-up to Christmas, etc. to avoid disappointment, please make sure you leave enough time for your order to be delivered for the date you require.

You are able to pick a delivery day for perishable food deliveries only by selecting a day on the checkout screen.

If you purchase a product that is eligible for one of our other delivery options, for example 2-5 working day delivery, you cannot choose your delivery day at the checkout screen as we cannot guarantee when your order will arrive. Non-perishable goods will be dispatched within 5 working days.

Should you fail to choose a delivery day at the checkout screen for perishable food goods, then we will dispatch your order within 5 working days and notify you when it has been dispatched.

Should an item be unavailable we will try and replace it with another similar item, the item will be worth the value of the original item or worth more and you will only pay the price of the original product ordered, where possible we will contact you so you can confirm that you are happy with the substitute before the order is dispatched. If we do not have an available substitute or you do not wish for us to substitute any unavailable products, you will be refunded for the unavailable product. Please note this will be a refund credited to your account, not knocked off the original order total/amount paid.

We reserve the right to add delivery charges to any orders if an incorrect delivery option is chosen at checkout.

Delivery charges only relate to one postal address.

National Delivery: Perishable Product Packaging

Where you order a perishable product, your order will arrive in an insulated box. Inside we use special insulation liners and ice packs to keep your order
chilled or frozen via APC. If you don’t, within a reasonable amount of time, allow us to deliver the product then we treat your order as cancelled. Unless the product is faulty, you will not be entitled to receive a refund for perishable items. When your order has been dispatched you will receive an automated email.

National Delivery: Care Instructions
