We deliver nationally to mainland England, Scotland and Wales, excluding the Scottish Highlands.
You can choose a convenient delivery day at the checkout for any orders containing perishable food items. Orders containing NO perishable food items i.e. homeware, gifts or non-perishable items will be shipped via our standard delivery option (2-5 working days), you are unable to choose a delivery day for this delivery option. Express delivery is also available for all items.
Our Courier will deliver the items direct to your door.

Perishable food items will always be shipped via APC. Non-perishable food items will be shipped via Royal Mail, Evri or APC. If you have a mixture of fresh/frozen foods and ambient products such as homeware/gifts we will endeavour to ship everything together, but in some instances, you may receive your goods in 2 shipments or from different couriers.
We currently do not deliver perishable food items on Sundays, Mondays and Tuesdays – We are unable to deliver perishable fresh/frozen food items on Sundays, Mondays and Tuesdays. We use an overnight courier to deliver all our fresh & frozen foods- your order is prepared, and then delivered via overnight courier meaning your order arrives in tip-top condition.
Should you require a different Delivery / Click & Collect day to the available ones on our checkout page please call us and we will try our best to accommodate you.
– WANTING YOUR PARCEL TO BE A SURPRISE!? –
We offer a gift option at the checkout, meaning you can have your parcel shipped to a recipient of your choice. Once you select ”Deliver to a different address” at the checkout you can add a gift message which we will print off and place in the box along with the items inside. We do not display any prices on the delivery note, please put a message in the comments box at the checkout stating it is a gift and we will ensure all prices are removed, as some of our home-prepared products have the price integrated into the label. We advise you to notify the recipient, just to ensure they are in to receive their delivery as the majority of items we sell are perishable.
PLEASE NOTE: Sometimes deliveries can take longer than expected so we recommend that if you are ordering for a specific occasion you allow some extra time, to be on the safe side.
In addition please be aware delivery times may vary or be limited during busy periods throughout the year, i.e., Bank Holidays/ the run-up to Christmas, etc. to avoid disappointment, please make sure you leave enough time for your order to be delivered for the date you require.
You are able to pick a delivery day for perishable food deliveries only by selecting a day on the checkout screen.
If you purchase a product that is eligible for one of our other delivery options, for example, 2-5 working day delivery, you cannot choose your delivery day at the checkout screen as we cannot guarantee when your order will arrive. Non-perishable goods will be dispatched within 5 working days.
Should you fail to choose a delivery day at the checkout screen for perishable food goods, then we will dispatch your order within 5 working days and notify you when it has been dispatched.
Should an item be unavailable we will try and replace it with another similar item, the item will be worth the value of the original item or worth more and you will only pay the price of the original product ordered, where possible we will contact you so you can confirm that you are happy with the substitute before the order is dispatched. If we do not have an available substitute or you do not wish for us to substitute any unavailable products, you will be refunded for the unavailable product. Please note this will be a refund credited to your account, not knocked off the original order total/amount paid.
We reserve the right to add delivery charges to any orders if an incorrect delivery option is chosen at checkout. Delivery charges only relate to one postal address.
– Packaging information –
Where you order a perishable product, your order will arrive in an insulated box. Inside we use wool insulation liners and ice packs to keep your order chilled or frozen whilst it is on its way to you.
When your order has been dispatched you will receive an automated email.
REUSING FLEECE LINERS?
There are so many great ways to reuse our wool liners around the home, garden and yonder. Here are just a few examples of how our customers are reusing their wool liners (please consider the wool liners may have been in contact with raw meat (dependent on what foods you order) this may therefore limit their re-use options):
Pet’s bedding – keep your rabbits, dogs and cats nice and cosy!
Padding for plants
Lay to stop weed growth
Soft toys (we’ve had some incredible examples!)
Many uses in the greenhouse
Liners for storage boxes – especially when moving house, keeping your precious items nicely protected
Our Ice packs are reusable, simply refreeze your ice pack in your freezer once you have received your package and allow time to re-freeze before re-using, please consider the ice packs may have been in contact with raw meat (dependent on what foods you order), this may therefore limit their re-use options. The ice packs can be discarded in general waste bins, we advise to first empty the liquid down the drain and then discard the wrap separately.

It is important that all perishable food products are refrigerated or frozen as soon as you receive your consignment.

You can pick up your click and collect an order from:
Countrystyle Meats, Lancaster Leisure Park on Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays or Saturdays. Click here for our opening times Or Gisburn Auction Mart on a Thursday or Saturday between 9am-2pm
Please only come to collect your order when you have received an e-mail saying your order is ready for collection, this is a separate e-mail sent after your order confirmation e-mail.
Orders will only be held for 1 day from your agreed collection day. If you need to delay your collection for any reason, please let us know as soon as possible. Orders for collection for Gisburn Auction Mart cannot be held, they must be collected on your chosen day. If not collected on your chosen day then they will be returned to Countrystyle Meats Farm Shop, Lancaster Leisure Park.
