Cooking Instructions:
Oven: Preheat to 180°C / Fan 160°C / Gas Mark 4. Place turkey in a roasting tray, cover loosely with foil, and cook as per the times below. Remove foil for the last 30 minutes to brown.
Cooking Times:
- 1.5KG (Serves 3–4): 1 hour 45 minutes
- 2KG (Serves 6–7): 2 hours 15 minutes
- 3KG (Serves 10–12): 3 hours
Check Internal Temp: Should reach 75°C before serving. Rest for 15–20 minutes before carving.
Note: Cooking times may vary. Ensure the turkey is fully cooked before serving. 🔥🦃
