To create our signature Minted Lamb Pie, we start with premium lamb, carefully seasoned and cooked to perfection. We then add a generous dollop of mint sauce to elevate the flavour profile and add a refreshing twist to the dish.
Ingredients:
Filling – Lamb – Lamb. Mint Sauce – Sugar, Acids (Sodium Diacetate, Malic Acid), Dried Glucose Syrup, Modified Starch, Salt, Dried Mint (3.6%), Yeast Extract (Yeast Extract, Salt), Dried Tomato, Natural Flavouring, Colours (Paprika Extract and Natural Rosemary Flavouring, Curcumin), Thickeners (Xanthan Gum, Guar Gum), Natural Garden Mint Flavouring. Beef Gravy – Modified starch, Salt, WHEAT Flour (WHEAT Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Nicotinamide, Thiamin), Onion powder, Colour (E150c), Emulsifier (E450 (iii)), Flavourings, Yeast Extract, Spice – White Pepper. (MAY CONTAIN TRACES OF EGG, FISH, SOYBEANS, MILK, CELERY, MUSTARD & SULPHUR DIOXIDE). Water. Pastry – Plain Flour – WHEAT Flour (WHEAT Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin B3, Thiamin B1). Lard – Pork Lard, Antioxidant (Natural Tocopherols).
