Available in Approx. 500gr (Serves 2-3), Approx. 1KG (Serves 4-5), Approx. 1.5KG (Serves 5-6), Approx. 2KG (Serves 6-8), Approx. 2.5KG (Serves Approx. 10) or Approx. 3KG (Serves 12-14).

Cooking Instructions:
Oven: Preheat to 220°C / Fan 200°C / Gas Mark 7. Place the seasoned topside joint in a roasting tin and roast for 20 minutes to seal. Then reduce to 160°C / Fan 140°C / Gas Mark 3 and cook for:
– Approx. 500g: 45 minutes (medium-rare)
– Approx. 1kg: 1 hour 15 minutes
– Approx. 1.5kg: 1 hour 30 minutes
– Approx. 2kg: 1 hour 45 minutes
– Approx. 2.5kg: 2 hours
– Approx. 3kg: 2 hours 15 minutes
For well-done, add 10–15 minutes per kg. Rest for 15–20 minutes before carving.
Slow Cooker: Sear the joint if desired, then place in the slow cooker with a little liquid. Cook on low for:
– Approx. 500g: 4–5 hours
– Approx. 1–1.5kg: 6–7 hours
– Approx. 2–3kg: 8–9 hours
Rest before serving.
Note: Cooking times may vary. Use a meat thermometer for best results: 50–55°C for rare, 60–65°C for medium, and 70°C+ for well done.
