Your Right to Cancel

For some products purchased online, you have a legal right to change your mind and receive a full refund, including delivery costs. However, this right is subject to certain conditions outlined below.

Important Exceptions:

  • The 14-day cooling-off period does not apply to perishable goods.
  • Delivery charges will only be refunded if you return your entire order.

Cooling-Off Period

If you change your mind, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your delivery. After that, you have another 14 days to return the products.

If your order is delivered in parts over several days, the 14-day period starts the day after the final delivery.

Note: If the product is returned in a condition that’s not “as new” (e.g. damaged packaging, missing tags or accessories), we may reduce your refund. In some cases, no refund will be issued.


Products Not Eligible for Return

The following items are excluded from our refund policy:

  • Fresh perishable food
  • Items that expire or deteriorate quickly
  • Sealed items (e.g. for hygiene or health reasons) once unsealed
  • Personalised or made-to-order items
  • Items inseparably mixed with others after delivery
  • Gift vouchers

If you’ve purchased third-party products (not made by us), please contact us directly—do not return them to the manufacturer.

Perishable / Non-Perishable Items

If a product arrives in poor condition or doesn’t meet your expectations, contact us immediately.

Please keep the product and take photos if possible, as we may require them.


Refund Process

Before returning any product, please contact us to confirm your return and have your order number ready.

  • If you cancel before dispatch, we’ll refund you within 14 days.
  • If the item has been delivered, you must return it within 14 days of cancellation.
  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll refund you within 14 days.
  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method.
  • No fees are charged for processing refunds.

Missing or Delayed Refunds

If your refund hasn’t arrived within 14 days:

  1. Check your bank or card account.
  2. Contact your bank or credit card provider—it may take time to process.
  3. Check for entries near the original order date.

Sale Items

Only faulty or damaged sale items are eligible for refunds, at our discretion.


Returning Products

Return the product (and any free gifts) within 14 days of notifying us. Only return items once your return is authorised.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Unpaid postage may be deducted from your refund.
  • We recommend using a trackable delivery service or shipping insurance, as we are not liable for returns lost in transit without proof of postage.

If you cancel your order after dispatch, except for perishable items, you must return the products immediately upon delivery and cover the return shipping costs.
